The Valley Bottle Club

Our mission at Valley is to provide simple, delicious food matched with domestic and imported wines that we feel passionate about. We work with producers who make their wines in the vineyard and work tirelessly to leave the land in a better place than they found it. These methods include organic (both intentionally and by-neglect), biodynamic, permaculture, ancestral methods and regenerative agriculture in the vineyards, with little to no messing around in the winery, often 100%-natural with zero use of additives and zero taken away (aka zero/zero). The goal in using our power as buyers and retailers in this system is to ensure we do our part to support small farmers, vendors and their communities, making sure they have a platform for their wares and a pathway directly to you, their potential devotees. In all of this, we want to leave as minimal a footprint as possible.

As one of our favorite winemakers, Arianna Occhipinti, says, “we don’t inherit land from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children.”
