This 2BD/1BA home is walking distance from 12+ tasting rooms and wineries (e.g. Kenwood, Kunde, Landmark, Chateau St. Jean, VJB, etc…). The front porch swing and Adirondack chairs look over the park across the street with mountain views in the background. There are 130 syrah vines in the small vineyard onsite as well as several fruit trees.
The private backyard hosts a fountain, hot tub, hammock, Weber gas grill, and a secluded outdoor shower. It is fully furnished with California King & Queen beds, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a 42′ LCD TV for movies or internet streaming, hardwood floors, and a marble radiant heated bathroom floor.
The property has 4 bee hives secluded in amongst the grapevines in the side yard. If you stay you will see them visit the water fountain in the private backyard. Although there has never been any issues, If you are allergic to honeybees, you may not be comfortable in the private back yard.
